Red Cross Home is seeking skilled Social and Health Care Assistants (SSHs) for predominantly day shifts

Red Cross Home consists of 61 care flats, of which 6 flats are for residents with dementia.

We are a self-governing institution with a service agreement with Sorø Municipality, with whom we have a close collaboration.

We are looking for a mature and responsible colleague who, together with us, can work based on our visions, thoughts and values.

Therefore we are seeking a social- and health-care assistant for primarily day shifts of 32 hours per week with shifts every 2nd weekend or every 3rd weekend.

The position can be 37 hours, but the hours can be scheduled at times other than when the employee normally works.

• Holistic care and welfare tasks, including documentation
• To support residents in maintaining dignity and joy of life
• To create safety and life through presence and dialogue
• Sparring with colleagues, both across disciplines and within one’s own profession
• To perform practical tasks

• You are an active, independent and self-confident person with ambitions
• You have an inclusive view of people and place a high emphasis on presence, respect and joy
• You use yourself as a tool in relationship work and base your approach on each resident's life history and daily wishes
• You have experience with IT and health-related documentation

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the collective agreement with the trade union.

A private criminal record check is required before employment. Sorø Municipality will obtain an official criminal record check in connection with employment.
