Region Zealand seeks Nutrition Assistant for the production kitchen in Holbæk

We are looking for a new colleague as of December 1, 2026 for Region Zealand's production kitchen in Holbæk.

The kitchen in Holbæk prepares food for about 1000 patients at Holbæk Hospital, SUH Roskilde and Køge as well as Psychiatry. In addition, we deliver meals to the staff canteens.

You will be responsible for all work functions in production. We place great emphasis on you being a skilled and efficient “food craftsman”.

We would like to hear from you if you

• Are educated as a nutrition assistant or have another culinary education, preferably with experience from large-scale kitchen production
• Want to work with food in large portions according to professional recipes
• Primarily wish to work in the hot and cold kitchen as well as other dietary forms
• Have control of production systems, and can actively participate in the quality development of these
• Contribute to the development of production flows
• Have understanding and willingness to work with IT in your daily work
• Are a team player, and eager to take the initiative and contribute with suggestions for the kitchen's operation
• Are good at independent planning, preparation and portioning of all offerings.

Salary according to qualifications under the applicable collective agreement between Region Zealand and the trade union (FOA - 3401, Home helpers).

The position is 37 hours per week. The working hours are from 06:00 – 16:00 with a shift every 4th weekend.

Starting salary for employees under the collective agreement

The region is obliged to inform you about the starting salary for the position. You will be told basic salary, centrally fixed allowances and pension under the relevant collective agreement. In addition to the starting salary, the pay may include any negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications.
