About the job
Would you like to set the course for rehabilitation, development and everyday well-being for citizens with congenital brain injury in Odense – and at the same time be close to both citizens and staff?
As rehabilitation leader for the Bo- and Støttetilbuddene you will have a daily life where care, professionalism and humor go hand in hand, and where you are involved in making a very concrete difference.
You will become a key person together with the rest of the management and staff in our work to create safe, meaningful and inspiring environments for citizens with different needs.
Leader with direction for rehabilitation and everyday life
Bo- og støttetilbud is in progress with congenital brain injury , where we support people who need extra help and support in their daily life. We consist of 7 bo- og støttetilbud: Rødegårdsvej, Å-huset, Æblegrenen, Rytterkasernen, Sprogøvej and Hvedevangen, including Ungetilbuddet and Team 1.
Here many professional disciplines work together to enhance adults in Odense’s opportunities for a safe, healthy and meaningful life. The rehabilitative approach takes its starting point in the citizen’s resources and what is important in daily life.
As a leader you help create the framework where professionalism, presence and respect are translated into action. Together we make a concrete difference. With us you contribute to coherent interventions for our citizens.
You will be responsible for an area where leadership must be felt in both the employees’ everyday life and the citizens’ journeys.
Therefore we are looking for a leader who can bring together direction, operations and professional quality around people with congenital brain injury. The role has significance for ensuring rehabilitative efforts are coherent and take their starting point in the individual citizen’s life.
About the job
In everyday life you lead, prioritise and develop the operation in the Bo tilbuddene. You have management responsibility and create frameworks for well-being, competence development, LUS and follow-up on sick leave.
We don’t believe that good leadership is something you should tackle alone, therefore you work closely with the two assistant rehabilitation leaders in the team on daily operation at the 7 sites.
You translate goals, legislation and professional standards into a practice that works closely with the citizens. Across the area you follow up on finances, resources, documentation and operational goals.
An important part of the task is also the collaboration with Hjælpemiddelservice and Ledsagerordningen.
We stand on a strong foundation with engaged employees, high professionalism and a leadership team that is more than ready. We believe we succeed best together. Do you want to, together with the team, build on what we already are proud of – and at the same time help shape what we shall become.
For the world around us things are changing. New requirements, new opportunities and demographic development call for leaders who can both hold on to what works and be curious about what can be improved.
We offer
- Independent leadership responsibility for quality, operations and finances in a professionally complex area.
- Close dialogue with leaders, staff and partners about joint solutions.
- Opportunity to translate experiences from citizens and staff into improvements in practice.
