In the Group Arrangement at Hedegårdsskolen you have the opportunity to develop and unfold your professional competencies.

We are looking for a teacher with strong relational skills for the primary years in our group arrangement. With us you are never alone in the teaching task – we work closely as a team and support each other in everyday life. Your subject majors should ideally include mathematics and within the natural sciences, but it is not decisive, as we can use all subject combinations; the most important is your passion and ability to create an inclusive learning environment where every student can develop and experience success. The everyday life is arranged so there is time for collaboration, joint planning, and sparring with psychologists and advisers.

We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about teaching primary school pupils with special needs.

Our students are generally cognitively within the normal range and typically encounter challenges related to social contact and interaction/attention and concentration.

So can you stay calm, keep a warm heart, and keep your spirits up – even when there are many balls in the air? Are you passionate about helping children with special needs such as ADHD, autism and involuntarily high school absence to find their strengths and experience success?

Then you may be our new teaching colleague in the group arrangement.

Your main tasks are

In collaboration with your team, to create safety and an exciting, motivating learning environment for students who need special pedagogical assistance and specially tailored teaching that goes beyond what the regular school can offer.

• That you see the students’ resources, and set goals for their academic, social, and personal development
• That you see the student as an important actor in their own life and learning, and that the student’s perspective and interests are included in the work
• That you participate in a close, binding collaboration with the parents, your team, your department and your leadership.

Who are we Hedegårdsskolen is a development-oriented school with good physical premises that allow for exciting pedagogy. In addition, we are a sports school with a focus on the body and health. Employment process and salary

The employment date is 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible.

We will hold interviews as we receive applications.

The position is as a rule 37 hours and a permanent position.

Application deadline: 28 October 2026.

We offer salary and employment terms according to the collective agreement for teachers at schools in municipalities.

Employment is carried out according to the principles of local wage formation and after agreement with the union with negotiating rights in the relevant collective agreement area.

The salary range for the position is DKK 37,318.76 – 50,028.71 per month before pension for full-time employment (37 hours per week).

The final salary is set after negotiation between the employer and the trade organization that has the right to negotiate in the relevant collective agreement area. The salary depends among other things on your education, documented seniority and qualifications.
