Relationship-oriented educator for Bolderslev School and SFO

About Bolderslev School

We are a single-track public school with 127 wonderful students from 0th to 6th grade, of which 70 children attend our SFO. You will become part of a staff group of 20 colleagues – teachers, pedagogues and other staff – who all help make a difference at the school.

At the school we are focused on ensuring that good well-being for children and adults is the foundation for learning. We work purposefully with inclusive communities, where all children have the opportunity to participate and develop.

The position is a combined role between the school and the SFO. Your primary task will be to function as support for a student in 1st grade both in teaching and in the SFO. You will have a central role in the work of creating structure, security and opportunities for the student to participate in the community.

The working hours are organized on an annual norm and distributed between school weeks and school holidays – with the most hours in school weeks and the fewest in holiday periods. The primary working hours are between 7:45 and 16:00 or by agreement.

About you

We expect that you

• are educated as a pedagogue or have a corresponding relevant background
• have experience with or an interest in inclusion work and children with special needs
• have strong relational skills and can create safety and structure
• work in an appreciative and systematic way
• can collaborate closely with teachers, pedagogues, parents and external partners

Once you start, we expect it to be visible and tangible that you work inclusively and have an eye for the child’s participation in the community.

Your tasks will include, among others

• support the student’s participation in teaching and in the SFO
• support school-home collaboration
• work in a structured way with pedagogical initiatives and inclusion
• participate in follow-up meetings with relevant partners
• document and follow up on initiatives regarding the student
• actively contribute to the pedagogical collaboration in school and SFO

Salary and employment terms

This is a full-time position of 37 hours with start on 1 December 2026.

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
