As we look into a future where the number of children rises, we are seeking an educator for Østerhåb - Nature and Outdoor Life Nursery. Østerhåb is a small daycare in Torsted, where we have 60 preschool children distributed across 3 rooms.

You carry a backpack full of experience, high professionalism, and plenty of quirky perspectives. You are focused on creating the ultimate everyday life for the children. A everyday life where children are met by adults with wholeheartedness, professionalism and not least a strong focus on nature, which plays along in the pedagogy.

You are co-creating in setting the frameworks and standard for an ultra-delightful environment from a child’s perspective.

We are The Daycare, where communities contribute to the children's opportunities to participate. We contribute to the development of the children's well-being, formation, life skills, and curiosity in enriching play environments.

We are highly focused on the possibilities that nature provides us, and how we can use nature to support the children's coping strategies. We are also focused on the children's play and the developing moments of encounter. The development of everyday pedagogy is a major focus, and we have many initiated processes that support this development.

Our playground is a large learning space for many developing hours, where we set the framework for a changing and imaginative play in everyday life for the children.
