Your tasks and your daily life

In the role of a substitute you will be an important hub for the citizens' experience of presence, quality and safety. Your work will be varied and include everything from personal and practical assistance to support with meals and daily activities. You will work closely with colleagues across disciplines, just as observation, documentation and the ability to respond to changes in citizens will also be part of your daily life. In short: You help citizens towards a meaningful and safe everyday life, where their needs and resources are at the center.
