In House Nyvang there are 42 residents, all living with a moderate to severe dementia. The residents, depending on their individual abilities, need your help with e.g. personal hygiene, medications, dressing, meals, social interaction, good conversations and quiet presence.

In all tasks there is a particular need for your empathy, your knowledge of each resident's life story, and your ability to form an equal relationship in all the small moments that daily life consists of.

You will become part of a strong, cross-disciplinary work community that with great commitment works with person-centered care as the professional framework, and you will receive a very thorough introduction to the task at hand.

We need you in both day and evening shifts – and especially on weekends and public holidays.

We want you to start as soon as possible – and we conduct recruitment interviews on an ongoing basis.
