Do you know the machines – and can you talk to customers?

Do you have experience from the contractor/construction, machinery or rental industry? And do you thrive in a day-to-day where customers, phones, machines and coordination go hand in hand?

Then it might be you we are looking for.

We are seeking a rental specialist for construction equipment and lifts, who can understand the customer's needs, advise on the right equipment and ensure that things run smoothly from order to delivery.

You will become an important part of the Rental team and have a central role in the daily contact with professional customers.

YOUR TASKS

• Rental of construction equipment, machinery and lifts
• Customer contact by phone and email
• Receiving and processing orders
• Advising on the selection and use of equipment
• Quotation and follow-up
• Coordination with workshop, transport and colleagues
• Follow-up on ongoing rentals
• Ensure that the customer gets the right equipment for the task

WE EXPECT THAT YOU

• Have experience from the contractor-, machinery-, construction- or rental industry
• Have good knowledge of construction machines and their use
• Maybe are educated or have experience as a mechanic, workshop manager, rental agent, machine salesperson or

similar

• Understand the professional customer's needs and can advise on the right solution
• Are outgoing, service-minded and good at building relationships
• Thrive with the phone as an important work tool
• Work in a structured way and follow the tasks through to the end
• Have an IT flair and quickly learn new systems
• Speak and understand Danish

HERE YOU SHOULD NOT JUST SIT BEHIND THE DESK

You do not need to be the classic sales profile.

You are most welcome to be the type who just hops out of the office and moves the machine yourself, if that is what it takes.

The most important thing is that you know the industry, understand the machines and can talk to customers at eye level.
