REPOST - Rosenlunden seeks social and health care assistant for night shift

We are looking for a night shift caregiver who thrives on responsibility, collaboration and a daily life where the pace may vary – but the task is always to create security and peace of mind for our residents.

We are seeking a social and health care assistant for a fixed night shift position of 31 hours per week. The position operates on a 7-7 rotation with work every 2nd weekend, and you will always be on duty together with another night shift.

The position is to be filled as soon as possible or by arrangement.

Rosenlunden consists of 20 nursing home apartments and 28 housing units for the elderly. At night you – together with your colleague – have responsibility for both the care home and the elderly housing. You help create security, calm and presence for our residents throughout the night.

Your tasks will include

• Care and welfare with respect for the individual resident's needs
• Observation and follow-up throughout the night
• Documentation
• Collaboration with your night shift colleague and other professional groups
