Repost - The kindergarten children in Nøddeboparken are looking for one more adult to play with

We didn't find the exact right match last time, so now we try again. Because we believe that the right educator is worth waiting for.

Who are we?

Nøddeboparken is located in Vallensbæk Strand – close to both water, nature and the station.

We have three nursery groups, three kindergarten groups and our very own bus , which every day takes a trip from 09:00–14:45.

So if you think a work day becomes a little more fun by taking the children out into the forest, to the beach, on adventures or just somewhere completely different from the playground, you may also have the opportunity to become the bus-educator.

The children have already written the job advertisement

They say

“We would like to have an adult who can do crafts, play hide and seek and tag, play ‘The 4 corners of the world’, play football, take us on trips – and who isn’t afraid of water and mud.”

We cannot promise that you will become good at “The 4 corners of the world” - But we can promise that there will be plenty of opportunities to practice.

We meet the children with recognition and curiosity , and our everyday life is built on three values:

Presence

We are with the children – not just in their vicinity.

We sit on the floor, participate in play, follow the children's lead and create small communities where there is room for immersion, calm and participation.

And yes – if there isn’t a game in progress, you may still sit on the floor. It usually works.

Trust

We believe that children do their best when they can.

We trust in the children's competencies and help them become more independent.

The same goes for us adults. We ask when in doubt, help each other and give and receive feedback with respect.

Dialogue

We listen and are curious – about children, parents and each other.

We guide the children through conversation rather than reprimands and help them put words to feelings, actions and conflicts.

And we have one simple rule to remember

We talk with each other – not about each other.

Professionalism that can be felt in everyday life

We work, among other things, with ICDP, Sprogklar and Sangglad .

And no – you don't need to sing perfectly or love being filmed

You just have to dare to sing along and put yourself in the game.

If you don't know ICDP, Sprogklar or Sangglad yet, that's perfectly fine. We don't expect you to know it all from day one. We expect you to be curious, ask questions and want to learn.
