REPOST - Visitator with a desire for development and interdisciplinary collaboration

Area Visitation, short and acute citizen pathways seeks an experienced visitor to our visitation group.

The position is initially 34 hours/week with start on 1 December 2026.

Visitation in Health & Elderly is at an exciting time, where we are among other things in full swing with implementing the new Elderly Act values and provisions, developing the visitor role and together with the rest of the organization finding new ways for joint task solving. We therefore seek a visitor who is eager and has the competencies to actively participate in that process.

Job tasks will among other things consist of

• Case processing under the Elderly Act and the Social Services Act, for example regarding holistic care, personal care and practical help, order about self-chosen helper, care leave, short-term placements, elderly and nursing home housing, etc.
• Making legally compliant decisions based on a holistic perspective and communicated transparently and understandably to the citizen
• Accurate and timely documentation
• Presence in home care and nursing about 1-2 times per week
• Participation in interdisciplinary meetings in the fixed teams
• Facilitation and relational coordination around rehabilitative and interdisciplinary approach, wholeness and coherence in interventions, involvement of relatives and other relevant actors etc.
• Sparring regarding direction and possibilities in the individual citizen's course

We want you to

• have a health profession education as nurse, occupational therapist or physiotherapist
• have knowledge of the common municipal documentation method, Common Language 3
• master communicating so that citizens, relatives and partners feel met and heard – also in pressurized situations
• be able to create overview and collect necessary information in complex cases and situations
• have the desire and understanding to work in a politically governed organization

When selecting candidates, emphasis will be placed on

• Authority experience and education as a visitor
• Experience from the health and elderly sector
• Independence and ability to self-plan
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability and willingness to make decisions in complex situations
• Solution and opportunity focus
• Desire to develop own and the group’s competencies for the benefit of the whole

Salary and terms of employment

In accordance with the applicable collective agreement for a visitor in a self-directed position.
