Residential care home Østerled seeks a new colleague, preferably with a relevant professional education

Join Østerled - A meaningful job – with people at the center Østerled is a residential care facility § 105/85, with 29 adult residents with permanently reduced mental and/or physical function levels aged 25–84, all of whom live in their own apartments.

As an employee you become part of an engaged professional community with about 50 colleagues and a presence and visible management. You will be attached to one of our teams that is connected to a living group.

The position is initially full-time. We work day and evening shifts and every 2nd or 3rd weekend. There is a fixed on-site awake night shift at Østerled.

Your tasks

• Create strong relationships and meaningful everyday lives for the residents

• Actively participate in collaboration in the living group and in the whole Østerled organization
• Contribute to documentation and professional quality (VUM 2.0 and EG Sensum One)
