Gladsaxe School is looking for a committed and academically grounded resource pedagogue

At Gladsaxe School we are looking for a resource pedagogue who will help support the pedagogical work in our primary years – where the group of children has a composition that requires special attention to structure, clarity and security.

About the position

You will become part of a professional team that works closely together to develop and adapt the learning environment for all children in the primary years. The collaboration takes place in a close and committed community with teachers, pedagogues and the management. There will be a focus on joint preparation, execution and post-processing of practice, based on the child's perspective and the desire to create opportunities for participation for all.

We are looking for a pedagogue who

• has solid experience with pedagogical work in the early years and preferably with children in vulnerable positions
• works resource-oriented and sees possibilities rather than limitations
• is clear, structured and creates safe frames for children's play and learning
• is eager and brave to participate in a close cross-disciplinary collaboration with teachers, pedagogues, co-teacher and management
• has knowledge of – or experience with – co-teaching or other inclusive approaches
• is reflective, curious and contributes to shared learning and development

About the position

There is a permanent pedagogical position full-time in our primary years. The position includes both school hours and after-school care (SFO). It is desired to be filled by 1 November 2026 or earlier if possible.

Salary and employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
