Respiratory night shift - unskilled - permanent or relief

This is a position as an awake respiratory assistant for sedentary night shifts. No experience is required, all training takes place with/by the citizen.

For the two positions below, I am seeking mature women aged 30+, with large or adult children, alternatively long professional experience with children.

I am a cheerful and humorous multi-handicapped young woman who uses a wheelchair, is without verbal language, but with an active life, with training, school, social events and various hobbies.

At night I am on CPAP treatment due to severe sleep apnea, and therefore I am seeking an awake respiratory night-shift helper. Training takes place at home, and you will be certified at RCØ (Respiratory Center East - Rigshospitalet), therefore experience is not necessary.

The shifts are 11 hours long, from 20:30 to 07:30 on weekdays and 21:00 to 08:00 on weekends,

every day of the year. The work mainly takes place in my and my family’s home in Odsherred in Northwest Zealand. The actual monitoring takes place via camera and monitor, from an adjacent cozy and functional helper room. The work consists of carrying out and monitoring the respiratory regimen as well as a few care tasks during the night.

What we are looking for

Are mature, independent and very responsible women, with a good heart - who can see themselves in the role of a disability helper, with good situational awareness and understanding of working in a private home. We value good humor and a calm disposition - with whom the chemistry is right.

• Permanent position with about 9 shifts per month:

You will, as a permanent respiratory helper, be part of a good and flexible team, which together covers all shifts year-round.

The position is about 9 fixed shifts per month in a fixed 4-week cycle, plus joint coverage for illness, holidays and other absence. You should expect weekend shifts every 4 weeks, weekend is Friday and Saturday night. The number of fixed shifts corresponds to a monthly salary of about 23,200 DKK plus extra shifts for team absence.

• Fixed substitute, but with one fixed weekend per month:

If you thrive in a job with few fixed shifts and a number of varying substitute shifts, then perhaps you are the one we are looking for.

We are seeking a fixed substitute who can step in in case of illness and cover during holiday periods and other absence, though with a fixed weekend every 4 weeks (Friday and Saturday). Fixed shifts and coverage of minimum absence in the team amount to an average of 6 shifts per month, with an average monthly salary of about 17,000 DKK, though unevenly distributed over the year and concentrated in holiday periods.

Salary

You are paid a base salary of DKK 171.75 and various retroactive allowances between DKK 60 - 150 per hour as well as possible seniority pay, in accordance with the collective agreement.
