Responsible night shift SSA/SSH for Dronningborg Care Center

Are you a true night owl, and do you thrive in the calm and the great responsibility that comes with working at night? Then you are the one we are looking for at Dronningborg Care Center!

As our night shift has for many years been approaching retirement, we are now looking for a new social- and health care assistant or social- and health care helper for a permanent night shift position of 28 hours per week.

Work follows the 5-2 principle and with work every 2nd weekend. From 23:00-07:00.

You are professionally conscious, with lots of drive, you have insight into yourself and others. You have a positive outlook on life and can see possibilities rather than limitations. You have good communication and collaboration skills and are good at getting others to follow you.

You are stable, work across professions, independently and systematically to achieve results.

The position is desired filled on 1 December 2026 or by agreement. The position is 28 hours/week.

Who are we?

Dronningborg Care Center is an elderly center located in a smaller residential area close to Randers city center. There are 21 nursing homes and 18 disability-friendly homes surrounded by green areas with walking paths. The homes are on one level and have direct access to a cozy atrium courtyard or lovely terraces. Dronningborg Care Center is close to shopping, church and the center doctor’s practice. You will be part of a group of professionally skilled colleagues consisting of social- and health care assistants, social- and health care assistants, center therapist, center nurse, shift planner and management.
