Do you want to help set the direction for service and guest experiences at Bandholm Badehotel?

We are seeking an engaged restaurant manager who has a passion for hospitality and a desire to develop both our service and our team.

At Bandholm Badehotel, presence, quality and good guest experiences are at the center. As restaurant manager you will be responsible for our Restaurant Alba as well as breakfast, conferences and events – in close collaboration with the kitchen, the hotel's other departments and your service team and our operations manager Rasmus.

We are looking for a skilled and structured leader who creates an overview, leads in operations and ensures that both guests and employees feel comfortable.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the daily restaurant operation and service , including breakfast, lunch, à la carte, conferences and events.
• Planning shifts and staffing in the service team.
• Ensuring high quality in hospitality, service and the overall guest experience.
• Follow-up on finances, wage costs and relevant key figures.
• Training and development of your team , both professionally and in service.
• Ensuring that staff know menus, wines and the hotel's offerings so they can guide guests with confidence and engagement.
• Event discussions and planning in collaboration with our coordinator.
• Close collaboration with the kitchen and the hotel's other departments.

We expect that you

• Are a skilled waiter or have equivalent experience and professional knowledge.
• Are a clear, motivating and present leader who leads by example , but also gives others responsibility and room to develop.
• Work independently and in a structured way and maintain an overview when it is busy.
• Actively participate in operations and believe that a strong team is built by working together.
• Have an understanding of the link between good service, quality and sound finances.
• Have experience with collective agreements and working time rules or be ready to learn.
• Wish to help further develop Bandholm Badehotel as a place guests look forward to visiting and returning to.
