In the middle of Amagerbrogade you will find Bone’s Amager - our Copenhagen restaurant, where American BBQ, families, local regulars and lots of life meet under one roof.

We are looking for a passionate restaurant manager who wants to lead the restaurant, the team and the continued development of Bone’s Amager.

About the job

As restaurant manager at Bone’s you will be responsible for daily operations and a large team of engaged colleagues. Your main task is to create great experiences for our guests while ensuring a strong and well-functioning team, where employees thrive and develop.

We believe in visible leadership. You must be close to both guests, employees and daily operations - also when the restaurant is busiest. Therefore you should expect that evening and weekend work is a natural part of the job.

Your areas of responsibility will include

• Ensure high quality and good service in daily operations.
• Lead, develop and motivate your team through training, feedback and coaching.
• Create a strong culture and a well-functioning team with high well-being.
• Have responsibility for budgets, finances and restaurant results.
• Ensure healthy and profitable operations without compromising guest experience.
• Actively participate in daily operations - with us you also lead from the floor.

The job as restaurant manager requires an overview, a strong service mindset and a desire to lead people. You should enjoy it when the restaurant is buzzing on weekends, the pace is high, and the sneakers are tied tightly.

You will have a large responsibility for many - and often young - employees. Therefore it is important that you have leadership experience and can create clarity, motivation and followership around you.
