Randers Tekniske Forretning A/S sells, among other things, tools, technical articles and solutions for industry and crafts. Our customers are both professionals and private individuals, and we place great emphasis on good service, professional advice and personal contact .

We are seeking a versatile warehouse and shop assistant on full-time (37 hours) , who wants to be an important part of the daily operation. You will become part of a self-managing team where we help each other and lift as one.

Your tasks

Your day will be varied, and you will, among other things, be working with

• Expedition and customer service in the shop
• Advising and guidance of both professional and private customers
• Restocking and maintenance of the store's assortment
• Telephone customer service and processing
• Receiving and inspection of incoming goods
• Placement and organization of goods in the warehouse
• Picking and packing of orders
• Booking of shipping and preparation of shipping documents
• Maintenance and optimization of the warehouse
• Occasional deliveries of goods
• Ensure that both the warehouse and the store always appear tidy and presentable

In short, we are looking for an employee who can do a bit of everything – and who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.

• Have experience from a shop, warehouse or a technical industry
• Have a good service mindset and put the customer at the center
• Are curious and eager to build solid product knowledge
• Work in a structured way and have a good overview
• Are independent, proactive and self-starting
• Thrive in daily life where tasks can change
• Are flexible and help where needed
• Are punctual and responsible
• Can work independently, but at the same time be a good team player
• Have a good mood and contribute positively to the workplace
• Have a category B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have

• A professional education or industry knowledge
