Retail assistant wanted for Bentes Shop in Aabenraa – 15-19 hours per week

Bentes Shop in Aabenraa is seeking a cheerful, service-minded and flexible sales assistant for our shop at Ramsherred 45A.

We sell women's fashion in sizes 36-56 and place great emphasis on personal customer service, guidance and a cozy atmosphere in the shop.

About the position

The position is about 15-19 hours per week. We are flexible regarding the distribution of hours. The position can be filled by one employee, but we are also open to distributing the hours between two employees.

The position can therefore also be relevant for example for a flex job participant, early retiree or pensioner who wishes to work a smaller number of hours per week.

There will be opportunities for extra hours in connection with holidays, illness, Christmas shopping, customer evenings and other events.

Your tasks will include

• Customer service and personal guidance
• Selling women's clothing and accessories
• Help to customers with sizes, fit and styling
• Restocking and presentation of goods
• Tidying up and general practical store tasks
• Contributing to keeping the shop inviting and presentable

We imagine that you

• Are positive, approachable and service-minded
• Are happy to engage with customers and provide personal service
• Have an interest in women's fashion and styling
• Are flexible and can pitch in when it is busy
• Can work independently and take responsibility
• Thrive with both sales and the practical tasks in a shop

Experience from retail or the fashion industry is an advantage, but not a requirement. For us, your personality, attitude and willingness to provide good customer service are at least as important.
