We are 50–60 employees and have branches in Rise, Svendborg, Haarby and Faaborg. We are a modern financial institution – but without group layers and long decision paths. Decisions are made locally. Responsibility is placed close to the customer. And advisory services are prioritized higher than campaigns.

Now we are taking the next step and establishing a branch in Odense.

THE POSITION

We are looking for private advisors who want to be involved from the start. Here you get a rare opportunity to help build something from scratch – create the client portfolio, shape everyday life, the culture and the way we run the department.

We are looking for advisors who thrive with responsibility, enjoy creating relationships and are motivated by being where things start and develop. You will become a visible advisor in a local environment where relationships matter.

It is a full-time position, but if you have special wishes we can discuss. Here you are not one among many. It is local, it is visible, and it is something we build together from day one.

ASSIGNMENT

You will be a central part of building Rise Sparekasse’s Odense department. The department starts without existing customers, and your role will therefore be to help create and develop both the client portfolio, relationships and local presence from scratch.

Your most important task is to be the customers’ regular sparring partner and ensure a presence and professional advisory that forms the basis for long-lasting relationships.

You are involved in representing Rise Sparekasse locally and actively contribute to us becoming a natural choice for private customers in the area.

We do not work with individual sales budgets, but with clear individual expectation alignment. Goals and key figures are tracked at the department level with a focus on sound business, solid credit quality and high customer satisfaction.

Your primary tasks

• Holistic advice within housing, investment, pension and daily finances
• Building and developing your own private client portfolio
• Solid credit handling and proper documentation
• Proactive customer contact and relationship building in the local area
• Close collaboration with colleagues and relevant specialists
• Active participation in building the new department

If you have particular competencies in e.g. investment and/or pension, the task and portfolio can be adapted.

CANDIDATE

You are bank-trained and have experience with private customer work.

RESIDENCE

You reside on Funen – preferably with a network and knowledge of Odense, and have the ability to transport yourself to relevant events.
