Your daily workday is in your own home in Rødovre, where you will create good and inspiring frameworks for you and the children. You do this in close cooperation with the Daycare Office.

There is also a mandatory and close collaboration with your colleagues in the daycare group. You regularly spend time together sparring and collegial interaction. At the same time, daycare children get the opportunity to get to know other children and adults.

Dagplejen has a fixed playroom day once a week. Here you are collectively responsible for the group of children, and the children get the opportunity to play across. It is, among other things, here that there is room for development, reflection and sparring. We also actively work on developing an educational learning environment. This applies both at home and in the playroom.

There is also the possibility to become a trilledagplejer. This means you pick up the children from the parents and either go on trips or go home to you. We currently have another day care provider who rolls.

The working hours are 48 hours per week in the period 7:00 - 16:45. You will be compensated with 7 extra days off annually based on the long working hours,

Several times a year we hold staff meetings in the evening. We use the lunch hour in the playroom for planning and pedagogical sparring. In addition we hold pedagogical Saturdays and parent meetings for the day care's parents.

We participate in internal courses and the opportunities for further education planned in Rødovre Municipality. In addition, we offer other professional courses and further education in children's development. Your profile

There are currently 32 day care providers employed, who have 3 - 4 fixed children enrolled.

You will become part of an engaged staff group, where a number of your colleagues are trained pedagogues or pedagogical assistants. We place a high value on good collegial collaboration, and most of all we all share the same goal: to create the best development opportunities for the children and for each other.

There is close collaboration with your day care pedagogue, with day care management and you therefore always have the opportunity for sparring and guidance. Salary and terms of employment

The position is 48 hours. In connection with employment, a child‑care certificate will be obtained.

Salary according to the applicable collective agreement, as well as a pre-agreement between Rødovre Municipality and FOA. As a day care provider you have a 62% deduction in addition to your own deduction.
