Your tasks

You will work with concrete case-handling tasks concerning the recovery of citizens' and companies' debt.

The work requires a flair for navigating and applying complex statute of limitations rules. You must make concrete and professional assessments of the debt items the unit receives for case processing. As part of the assessment you will among other things retrieve documentation of the existence and size of the debt. You will also have contact with public authorities that have referred the debt to us for collection.

You must be able to understand complex rules and translate them into your case processing. You communicate clearly and professionally – both in writing and verbally – and you have an aptitude for IT. You thrive on collaboration and sharing knowledge with your colleagues and are motivated by a daily where production follow-up is a natural part of the work.

Your background

There are many ways into the job. For example you may be educated in public administration, finance, auditing, internally trained in the tax administration, or you may be educated as an office assistant. You may also through your previous work experience have developed good prerequisites for working with the described tasks.

You will be employed under the current collective agreements for academics in the state (AC), the agreement for clerical workers, laboratory technicians and IT staff (HK) or the agreement for agents, etc. (DTS) in the Ministry of Taxation and Growth.

Prior to employment we will conduct a debt check regarding outstanding debts to the public, and references and a criminal record check will be obtained.
