Sales and recruitment consultant wanted for JobTeam Esbjerg

At JobTeam Esbjerg we are seeking a dedicated Sales and Recruitment Consultant who will have a varied daily life with both sales, recruitment and contact with companies and candidates.

An important part of the job will be to find and assess the right candidates for our customers within the warehousing and industrial sector. You will among other things work with candidate search, screening, interviews and job postings and follow the process through to the right match.

At the same time you will play an active role in sales work, where you reach out to new companies, conduct client visits and explore opportunities for collaboration. You will therefore be part of the whole process – from the first dialogue with the company until the candidate is found and has started well.

Responsibilities

• Proactive sales to new and existing companies.
• Sales visits and ongoing customer contact.
• Identifying the companies' staffing and recruitment needs.
• Recruiting candidates via own systems, job portals and recruitment platforms.
• Screening and interviewing candidates.
• Matching candidates and companies within warehousing and industry.
• Preparation and publication of job advertisements.
• Preparation of content for social media.
• Follow-up on ongoing candidates and client journeys.
• Administrative tasks related to recruitment and staffing.
• Participation in on-call telephone duty on a rotating basis.
• Diverse ad hoc tasks.

Professional Qualifications

• You ideally have experience from warehousing, industry, recruitment, sales or a combination thereof.
• You have an understanding of companies and employee profiles in the warehousing and industrial sector.
• You are IT-savvy and quick to learn new digital systems.
• You communicate confidently in Danish and English, both orally and in writing.
• You preferably have knowledge of Esbjerg and the surrounding business community.
• You have a driver's license.
• Experience with sales, customer contact or recruitment is an advantage.
