Sales Assistant for Noratel in Hadsund or Roskilde

Do you have experience with customer service and coordination, and do you thrive in ensuring that orders and deliveries proceed as planned? On behalf of Noratel we are seeking a Sales Assistant who can support the daily operations and contribute to a good customer experience. The position is a try & hire arrangement with a view to permanent employment.

Your responsibilities

You will become part of the daily operations, where you will have contact with customers and collaborate with colleagues across the organization. Your tasks will include:

• Coordinate and handle order creation as well as monitor deliveries to ensure on-time completion
• Provide effective customer service, including handling challenges, problem solving and complaints
• Monitor logistics processes and follow up on customer orders linked to specific projects
• Maintain and develop policies, systems and procedures within customer service
• Ensure correct maintenance of customer data in internal systems
• Contribute to cost optimization and support ongoing improvements of pricing and sales-support processes

Your profile

We envision that you have industry knowledge and experience from a similar role within customer service, sales administration or logistics. You thrive on creating overview, following up on details and ensuring that customers get the help they need.

In addition, we value that you have

• Solid experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft AX/Navision
• Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills in both Danish and English
• Strong analytical abilities and good problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail
• Documented ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• High professional integrity and a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
