Sales Assistant in Aalborg - Part-time

The role as a sales assistant

As a sales assistant you will be an important part of the customers' experience when they visit our store. Your primary task is to meet customers at eye level, understand their needs and help them smoothly through the entire buying journey.

We are therefore looking for someone who naturally builds good relationships, thrives with many different people and is motivated to deliver a good customer and purchasing experience - every single time.

The position is part-time at 8-15 hours per week.

Your main tasks include

• Warmly welcome the customer to the store and identify the customer's needs
• Guide and service the customer, from start to finish in their buying process and communicate relevant information about the individual products and brands' history in an authentic way
• Create a good mood and a positive atmosphere in the store for customers and colleagues
• Ensure daily that the store is always neat and tidy
• Optimize your work and sales process based on selected KPIs
• Be an ambassador for Ditur and our products
