The role as a sales assistant

As a sales assistant, your primary task is to give our customers the best experience when they visit our store. We are therefore looking for someone who is good at building relationships and who is passionate about helping customers as best as possible through their purchase journey.

The most important thing is that you are motivated to optimize the customer and shopping experience and love delivering the best service – again and again.

The position is full-time.

Your main tasks include

• Give the customer a warm welcome in the store and identify the customer's needs
• Guide and service the customer from start to finish in the purchasing process and communicate relevant information about the history of the individual products and brands in an authentic way
• Create a good vibe and a positive atmosphere in the store for both customers and colleagues
• Ensure daily that the shop is always neat and proper
• Optimize your work and your sales process according to selected KPIs
• Be an ambassador for Ditur and our products
