About the job
Salesforce developer
You are motivated by building robust and scalable solutions in Salesforce. Are you ready to translate your technical Salesforce experience into solutions that support the entire business? Then read on here.
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce developer who can develop solid standard solutions – from Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flows to integrations – and who values high quality, scalability, as well as good solution and code architecture on our new E&U Cloud Salesforce platform.
At DCC Energi we are in the process of developing our activities towards new energy forms to meet our customers' future needs. Our 2030 strategy – ”Together We Shape the Future” – includes both our existing energy solutions and the greener solutions that will receive greater focus in the years to come.
That means an exciting transformation with a focus on standard solutions, scalability, digitization, and automation – all to support the energy transition toward low- and zero-CO₂ solutions in collaboration with our customers.
The Salesforce Platform is a strategic cornerstone in this development, and we are poised to build a completely new Salesforce platform based on Salesforce E&U Cloud.
You will get a key role
As a Salesforce Developer you will play a central role in translating the business needs into scalable and robust, code-based solutions. You will work closely with our Salesforce Specialists, other colleagues, and external partners (including Dynacap and Norriq) to design integrations, build standard functionality, and ensure that the platform can scale as more business areas move onto the new E&U Cloud.
We work agile and structured with backlog, User Stories, refinement and development tasks in Azure DevOps. You will therefore be involved in both refinement, technical solution design, and estimation, contributing to translating User Stories into technically sound Salesforce solutions.
You will also contribute technically to our work with Salesforce Data 360, Revenue Cloud and help build and develop Agentforce solutions that support our digital customer dialogue.
Your responsibilities and tasks
- Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using standard functionality, Flow Builder, Apex, Lightning Web Components and other Salesforce technologies
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
- Contribute to the technical architecture behind Salesforce Data 360 and the data model across business areas
- Develop advanced Agentforce solutions and invocable Apex-actions for sales-, service- and customer-facing processes
- Write unit tests and ensure high code quality through code reviews
- Work source-driven with version control (Git) and participate in CI/CD and release management
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues
- Document technical architecture and solutions
- Collaborate closely with administrators, the business and external consultants to translate requirements into technically sound solutions
About you
- You have at least 5 years of experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components and declarative tools such as Flow Builder
- You have experience building integrations between Salesforce and other systems, preferably via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware
- You have experience with – or strong interest in – Salesforce Data 360, Revenue Cloud, Omni Studio and Agentforce, and how data- and AI-driven solutions can support the business
- You work structured with version control, testing and release management and have experience with source-driven development
- You can translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I (and preferably II)
- It would be beneficial if you have experience with Energy and Utility Cloud
Overall, you are an experienced Salesforce developer with solid technical insight into the platform's possibilities and limitations and the ability to see how good architecture, automation and AI can create tangible business value.
We offer
- An exciting job in an energy company with a lot of freedom and influence
- Good personal and professional development opportunities
- Dedicated colleagues and plenty of collaboration
- Salary package including pension and bonus, company phone, internet, health and group life insurance
- An workplace that contributes to the green transition

At DCC Energi, our purpose is to help everyone move forward in the green transition, so we can shape the future together.
A future where more sustainable possibilities together with our existing products ensure that we remain a relevant supplier in the Danish energy market. The goal is to develop our activities towards new energy forms and thus meet our customers' future needs.
As part of the ongoing energy transition, we continuously expand the portfolio with new products and solutions – e.g. electricity contracts, charging stations, biogas, HVO and heat pumps.
Our stance is that we shape the future together and by that we mean together as colleagues and in relation to both customers and society. Therefore our goal is also to inspire and challenge our customers to optimize their energy consumption and thereby create the best conditions for good energy.
Collectively we are more than 250 engaged employees who, every day, supply private individuals, businesses and the public sector with a wide range of energy solutions and generate across our different business areas about DKK 11 billion in annual revenue.
