Sales and Purchasing Coordinator Wanted for Pure Brands’ New Office in Vejle

Pure Brands is part of the Scan Wear group. We stand behind our brands, TinyOne and Pure Lime , which are sold through our own webshops, retail partners and selected marketplaces. We are opening an office in Vejle, giving you the opportunity to be involved from the start in building a new business unit.

As Sales and Purchasing Coordinator you will be the link between suppliers and the sales functions. You will closely follow orders throughout the entire process—from production to delivery—and help ensure valid data and on-time delivery through collaboration across our international value chain. At the same time you will have a central role in understanding sales channels with a focus on product flow and stock, and help translate this into concrete actions.

Your responsibilities

• Link purchase orders with Pure Brands' needs so that goods, quantities and timing match the demand across the business.
• Preparation of orders and ensuring master data
• Follow-up on purchase orders, deliveries and deadlines
• Coordination and follow-up on sales orders with our B2B customers
• Monitoring of stock levels in relation to sales and demand.
• Various administrative ad hoc tasks

We imagine that you

• Have experience with purchasing, order coordination or supply chain – preferably from the textile, fashion or lifestyle industry
• Are familiar with reading warehouse and sales data in Excel and translating them into action via e.g. reordering
• Work in a structured way with an eye for detail – even when busy with many balls in the air
• Thrive with many points of contact and take independent responsibility for your tasks
• Communicate professionally in Danish and English in writing and speech

Practical information

The position can be arranged as part-time or full-time between 30 and 37 hours with the workplace at our new office in Vejle close to the highway (Lysholt Allé 10, 7100 Vejle).
