As Assistant Store Manager your daily life will include

• Focus on sales initiatives: It is no secret that we put our customers and their needs at the center. Together with your Store Manager you will manage sales contests that motivate the team and meet our customers' wishes. We are in it together to take responsibility for the customer.
• Practical tasks: You thrive with the daily practical tasks in a busy store. We work as One Team , and you are happy to be the front figure when you order goods, stock the products on the shelves and ensure that the store is clean and inviting.
• Leadership and development of the team: You will become part of a fantastic team. Together with your Store Manager, you contribute to all colleagues thriving and developing – professionally and personally. And it is your leadership style that attracts and engages the best employees.
• Focus on food safety guidelines: Handling of food will also be a major driving factor in your daily life. It is therefore a plus if you already have experience with working with food and complying with food safety guidelines.
