Security Advisor

At Artelia you have the opportunity to bring your security expertise into play on complex high-security projects – from Skatkammeret and Energiø Bornholm to tasks for airports, public emergency services, the utility sector and societally critical companies. If you are motivated by strong professionalism, responsibility and projects with real societal impact, maybe you are the one we are looking for.

The need for qualified security advisory is growing considerably. The threat landscape is changing, authorities' requirements are tightened, and more customers demand competent advice that can understand the risk, see the whole and translate complex requirements into buildable and effective solutions.

Therefore we are searching for an experienced security advisor for the head office in Gladsaxe, where you will join Risk & Security. A department consisting of 10 specialists with technical, intelligence and emergency management backgrounds. You will become part of an ambitious professional environment in one of Denmark’s leading consulting engineering firms, where security is integrated with architecture, structures, installations, operations and regulatory requirements – and where your contribution makes a clear difference.

In the role you will hold a central position in advising clients on holistic security solutions. You will be the one to help make threat pictures, risk assessments and functional requirements concrete – and translate them into strong project proposals, tender material and designed solutions. You will work across physical, mechanical, electronic and organizational security, including ADK, AIA, TVO, perimeter security, shell and cell security, vehicle intrusion protection, securing critical functions and integration with other technical installations including industry standards and F&P requirements.

You will have a role with both professional weight and great opportunity to shape development. We imagine you thrive as both advisor, design specialist and commercial sparring partner – and that you are keen to participate when new customers, projects and solutions are formed.

You will work closely with the other specialists, who together have extensive experience with risk assessments, high-security construction, confidential projects, insider threats, 2D/3D simulations, explosion and vehicle collision analyses, TVO coverage, intrusion time and effect analyses of security measures. Together we lift tasks where quality, responsibility and trust are decisive.

We are looking for someone with solid experience in security projects and who wants to take responsibility for their own deliveries from the initial analyses to detailed design, tendering, supervision and commissioning. In return you will be part of a strong professional community where we share knowledge, develop methods and help each other find the best solutions. At Artelia you get the opportunity to work on projects that are not only technically exciting but also important for the customer’s operational reliability, emergency preparedness and societal resilience.
