As a security project manager you will be part of a strong interdisciplinary environment, where we work on some of Denmark's most exciting and complex projects within, among other things, energy, utilities and industry. Here you contribute to developing solutions that protect critical infrastructure and support a future more sustainable society.

We are currently looking for a new Security Project Manager for our team in Esbjerg.

With us you will not be designing the same standard solutions over and over. You will, among other things, work with securing energy facilities, utility companies, industry, public and private security-sensitive customers where requirements for safety, operation and robustness are high. We are looking for a colleague who can help translate risks and requirements into concrete solutions from the initial analyses and strategies to design, procurement, supervision and commissioning.

What will you do?

You will play a central role in our security team and will, among other things, work with

• AIA, ADK and TVO
• Mechanical security, fencing, doors, gates and perimeter security
• Security strategies and risk assessments
• Requirements specifications and tender material
• Design and quality assurance
• Supervision and commissioning
• Dialogue with customers, contractors and suppliers

You will work closely with security specialists, fire protection consultants, OT specialists and design engineers.

Who are you?

You have at least 5 years of relevant experience as either

• Security consultant
• Security project manager
• Certified Security Manager
• Security technician
• Electrician with specialization in security
• Or equivalent. The most important is that you have experience with security-technical installations and a desire to develop yourself as an adviser.

We would like you to have experience with

• Design of AIA, ADK and TVO in accordance with applicable EN standards
• Preparation of technical requirements specifications and tender material
• F&P Security Guide and security levels
• Protection of critical infrastructure and societally critical facilities
• Mechanical security, perimeter security and integrated security solutions
• Cross-disciplinary collaboration between physical security, OT/IT and cybersecurity
• Knowledge of relevant EN standards for security is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important is that you have professional curiosity and a desire to work on complex security projects.
