Team & role overview

As our new Senior Affiliate Manager at GoWish, you own the development, retention and growth of GoWish’s affiliate and brand partnerships across the US and European markets. You will manage relationships with affiliate networks and direct brand partners, negotiate commission structures and fixed-fee campaigns, and drive measurable commercial results. The role combines sales and partner management with performance monitoring, CRM discipline and process development, and contributes to cross-functional initiatives that support GoWish’s global growth.

Responsibilities

• Own sales, development and retention of a portfolio of affiliate and brand partners in the US and Europe, including upselling and renewal of existing agreements.
• Negotiate CPA rates, premium placements and fixed-fee campaigns with brands and affiliate networks (Awin, Impact, CJ, Rakuten, Partnerize and others).
• Prospect and onboard new brand partners and affiliate programs through outreach and network relationships.
• Monitor partner performance, identify lost or declining revenue early, and act on it.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, deal status and partner data in the CRM.
• Present GoWish’s media solutions and digital products to partners and networks.
• Contribute to the development of new products, concepts and commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the affiliate team and wider Commercial department, as well as Product, Marketing and leadership, to ensure alignment on commercial priorities.
• Share knowledge and sparring with colleagues on product, networks and market developments.
• Work independently, structured and results-oriented, with clear ownership of revenue targets.

What we’re looking for 🌟

• Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate, media or adtech, with hands-on ownership of brand or partner relationships.
• Proactive by default. You find the opportunity, approach and close it, without waiting for someone to hand it to you.
• Commercially sharp and comfortable negotiating.
• Structured and data-driven. You track your pipeline, spot declining revenue early and act on it.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
