The dental service in Fredensborg Municipality is seeking a district dentist with leadership responsibility for our one clinic in Humlebæk.

Fredensborg Dental Care is a modern dental service with 25 employees distributed across two clinics in Kokkedal and Humlebæk, both clinics are located close to the motorway, 30 and 36 km from Copenhagen city centre respectively. We work in two teams with a high degree of autonomy and with great influence on our own daily life, and we work with high professional quality and in collaboration with all professional groups.

We offer

The position is initially full-time, the job is varied and includes both clinical time and administrative tasks.

You will become the daily leader of one of the two clinics and for a staff group of about 12-13 employees, dentists, dental hygienists and clinical assistants. You will lead a professionally strong team consisting of engaged and competent employees who work closely together to create the best possible experience for our patients.

The management of the Dental Service is conducted in close collaboration with the other daily leader and the chief dentist. As part of the management, you will help support the management and development-oriented tasks. Your managerial tasks will include daily planning, personnel management including MUS interviews and holding staff meetings.

You will have the opportunity to influence the development of the dental service, both in daily operations and in health-promoting initiatives.

Together with the other daily leader and the chief dentist you will contribute to tasks such as recruitment, holding theme days and development projects.

• Leadership sparring with the other dental service leaders and the possibility of sparring with the municipality's other leaders at the same level.
• Modern clinics with up-to-date equipment within surgery, endodontics, radiology and patient records (TAND).
• Possibility for relevant leadership education, e.g. diploma in leadership.

We are looking for

We are looking for you who have a minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably from private practice. In addition, we would like that

• you are a professionally strong dentist and you work with an appreciative approach to your colleagues and staff

• you want to contribute to the continued development of the Dental Service, including actively participating in professional sparring at the clinic, interdisciplinary work and knowledge sharing.

Salary and employment conditions

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement for dentists.
