At Texta we are looking for a new colleague who can take responsibility for our eCommerce clients and lift their email setup from 'it runs' to 'it performs'.

As our new Senior E-mail Specialist you will work with everything that rhymes with email marketing. Execution and strategy. Copy and technical setup. Flows and campaigns. And perhaps even SMS marketing. In short, everything that can boost our clients' performance in email.

We will create value for customers

As a specialist in our B2C team you will work both strategically, tactically and operationally with email marketing across a wide range of webshops. You will be part of a skilled team of email marketing specialists who, among other things, help customers set up and execute email campaigns and automations. You contribute with knowledge on how to best monitor, expand and optimize customers' setups.

You will have responsibility for your own client portfolio, and with some clients you will also be the primary contact and project manager. Therefore you must thrive on customer dialogue, advice and ongoing sparring. Not only when an email needs to be set up, but also when priorities need to be set, adjustments made and a direction for the collaboration established.

You will, among other things, come to ...

• plan and execute campaigns and flows
• build and optimize automations (welcome, winback, abandoned, etc.)
• work with segmentation, personalization and split tests
• set up custom triggers and integrations
• analyze performance and translate it into concrete improvements
• collaborate and spar with colleagues to streamline the effort across channels
• spar with and advise customers so they get the most out of their setup.

You will fit in well if you …

• have 3-5 years of experience with email marketing, preferably from an agency
• have experience with Klaviyo
• understand flows, segmentation and performance
• can take responsibility for own clients and projects
• are motivated by using data for ongoing optimizations
• thrive in a day-to-day with both operations and development
• enjoy sparring with colleagues and sharing what you know
• prefer an informal work environment with room for laughter, professionalism and room to grow.

Texta is a digital marketing agency with offices in Aarhus and Holstebro. But although we are an agency, there are no sharp elbows or performance-rush. We believe it should be fun to go to work. Therefore we place great value on a sense of community. Both when it comes to sparring in daily work, but also after work.

We are currently about 30 colleagues spread across our two offices. In addition, about 10 part-time employees who work remotely. Our team consists of sharp specialists in communication, email marketing, inbound marketing, paid advertising, graphic design, brand design, translation, copywriting and proofreading.
