Senior Email & Automation Consultant

Have you worked with email marketing long enough that you can see the difference between a flow that works and a flow that just looks nice in the diagram? Are you the type who feels a bit better removing a manual step than adding a new one? And do you think it's a huge compliment to be called a nerd?

As a Senior Email & Automation Consultant you will have your own client portfolio with responsibility for strategy, setup and execution of campaign emails and automated flows - as well as ongoing monitoring, optimization and reporting. You will get a wealth of exciting and challenging cases, and you are involved in setting the direction for them and for our Email & Automation service.

You will also develop the product together with management: how we work, what we promise customers, and what we say no to. Colleagues will come to ask you, and you should think that's cool.

Automation for us is about flows that are built on data and behavior, and that keep getting better: triggers, segments, timing, tests. The classic integration tools are no longer what moves things. We build ourselves what we lack, with AI and agentic coding - and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of developing both the product and the tech stack that supports the work.

The role requires that you can work strategically, analytically and operationally on the same day - and that you have a certain creativity when it comes to both content and solutions.
