Set the direction for risk management in Denmark's critical infrastructure

With reference to the Chief Information Security Officer you will have the overall responsibility for further developing and anchoring Evida's Risk Management across the organization. You will be a central driver in the work to ensure that risk management becomes a natural part of the company's governance, decision-making processes and daily management. The role spans strategic and regulatory risks to operational, technical and project-related risks.

You will be an important sparring partner for management and work closely with the business, IT, OT, operations and other key functions to create a common risk picture and a mature risk culture. Your main tasks include, among other things, the following:

• Further develop and drive Evida's Risk Management framework, and ensure that risk management is integrated into governance, decision-making processes and daily operations.
• Drive the cross-cutting process for identification, assessment, prioritization and handling of strategic, operational and technical risks.
• Establish and maintain the company's risk register, and ensure systematic follow-up on risk treatment.
• Ensure that the company's risk management supports applicable legislation, regulatory requirements and relevant standards, including NIS2, CER and contingency requirements.
• Prepare management reporting, KPIs and decision briefs that provide the executive and management with a true decision basis.
• Create organizational anchoring through advice, training and close collaboration with leaders and key functions across the organization.
• Lead and manage risk committee meetings.

Business-oriented risk profile with strong impact

You have solid experience with Risk Management, governance and compliance – ideally from a regulated company in the energy, utilities, transport, industry or other critical infrastructure sectors. You have experience developing and implementing risk management processes and are able to translate regulatory requirements and complex risk pictures into practical solutions that create value for the business. You work strategically, but also enjoy translating ambitions into concrete processes and solutions.

You are motivated to create structure, establish common methods and build a risk culture where leaders actively take ownership of risk management. As a person, you are analytical, structured and have a strong business understanding. You communicate naturally with both management and specialists and are able to build buy-in across the organization through credibility, collaboration and专业 substance even without formal line management responsibility.
