The role and what you will drive

• You are responsible for the recruitment process from A to Z. That means everything from profiling to signing contracts with the candidates.
• You advise companies within industry and technology to proactively identify and meet their acute and long-term talent needs.
• You navigate in a market with high demand, where you identify and attract the market’s sharpest consultant- and freelance profiles.
• Search and screening of leaders and specialists within the area.

• A strong technical and business understanding that enables you to spar at eye level with decision-makers within the industry.
• You thrive in an environment where relationships and business understanding go hand in hand.
• Your approach to daily work is structured, and you are motivated by building close relationships with clients and candidates.
