About the role

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will support DAQUMA’s life science and pharma clients with various execution and advisory tasks across GxP and non-GxP projects, primarily within IT, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and R&D.

You will engage in diverse projects, enhancing your skills across a wide range of areas based on your interests and expertise.

The role involves

• Lead IT system implementations
• Data migrations (to e.g., Veeva, CARA, and other content and data management systems)
• Data analysis and reporting
• Strategy assessment and implementation
• Workshop facilitation and management
• Requirement analysis and system selection/proposal
• Strategy development IT Validation
• IT or Data Project Management

About you

You bring

• Proven experience of 5+ years as a project manager in a regulated industry
• Experience implementing content and data management systems such as Veeva, CARA, Ennov, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Strong leadership and management skills, including team direction, mentorship, and strategic decision-making
• Excellent client relationship management skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining key client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues promptly
• Experience with change management processes and methodologies to facilitate user adoption and transition to new systems and processes
• An innovative mindset, driving improvement and growth within the organization
