  • Strong understanding of human health and environmental safety assessment principles, with the ability to apply scientific expertise to complex challenges.
  • Ability to develop and execute scientific and regulatory strategies within a complex, international environment.
  • Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills, including excellent written and spoken English.
  • A constructive, solution-oriented mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for continuous learning and development.

Additional skills & interests we value

Experience working with global regulatory frameworks for plant protection products would be an advantage. Knowledge of REACH substance registration requirements, including experience with ECHA processes and IUCLID, is also highly valued. We are particularly interested in candidates who have an interest in alternative testing strategies such as NAMs and NGRA and who are motivated by advancing innovative approaches to safety assessment.

Experience in mentoring colleagues, sharing expertise, and contributing to the development of scientific capabilities within a team and across the organization is considered a strong asset.
