Service Advisor

Do you have a flair for exceptionally good customer service, and a natural technical understanding of the workshop in the car industry? Then you may be our new Service Advisor, who through outstanding customer handling will ensure that our customers always receive the best reception and service in the business.

At P. Christensen in Odense we are seeking a service-minded Service Advisor who with positive energy and professionalism helps ensure our customers a service experience of the highest class. As an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer and workshop, we have a strong focus on quality, good customer experiences and strong collaboration-

You will have a varied daily life with close contact to both customers and colleagues and become a natural link between customers, the workshops and the parts stockroom. Working hours are between 7:30 and 17:30 according to the duty schedule.

Your tasks include, among other things

• Receive and advise customers professionally and in a service-minded manner - both on arrival at the workshop and on the phone - and create a trusting dialogue about their wishes and needs
• Explain workshop work, offers and prices in an easy and understandable way and handle booking and scheduling of workshop times
• Coordinate the work between customers, technicians and the parts stock and ensure that tasks and spare parts are ready on time
• Handle order processing, invoicing and follow-up and prioritize workshop tasks based on customer needs and deadlines

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from a similar role with customer advisory and booking of workshop orders
• Is structured and administratively strong and has control of tasks, systems and deadlines
• Is outgoing, proactive and accommodating in contact with both customers and colleagues
• Takes pride in good relationships and good collaboration and is willing to go the extra mile for both customers and colleagues
