Are you the type who loves creating great customer experiences, finding the best solutions and being the consistent thread through the entire workshop process?

At Semler Mobility in Højbjerg we are looking for a Service Advisor who thrives in the intersection of people, cars and service at the highest level. You will be the customers' trusted advisor and an important sparring partner for our workshop, where you ensure that every customer feels seen, heard and well helped from check-in to delivery.

Your primary tasks

We are looking for a colleague who enjoys customer contact and has flair for both sales and administration. You are structured in your approach, work independently and have the ability to translate technical recommendations into value for the customer.

When a customer hands over their car to us, you are the one who creates security and overview. You convey technical recommendations in an understandable way, find the best solutions and ensure a transparent dialogue throughout the workshop visit.

Your tasks will include

• Handling and follow-up on Service Cam videos
• Advising customers on recommended repairs and maintenance work
• Identification and execution of order expansions
• Preparation of offers and obtaining customer approvals
• Invoicing workshop orders and quality assurance of the invoicing basis
• Close cooperation with technicians, service advisors and workshop management
• Professional customer contact via telephone, email and digital platforms
• Follow-up on open offers and ongoing workshop work
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective and clear communication

With your advice you help the customer make the right decisions, while also contributing to the workshop's success and high customer satisfaction.

• have experience from the automotive industry, preferably as a service advisor, workshop manager or similar
• understand workshop operation and customer service
• are strong in written and spoken communication
• have experience with quotes, order expansions or upselling
• work structured and have attention to detail
• thrive in a busy everyday life with many touchpoints
• contribute positively to collaboration and good working environment
