Responsibilities

You will among other things work with

• Customer reception and advice
• Planning and coordination of workshop tasks
• Offers, cost estimates and invoicing
• Follow-up on repairs and customer agreements
• Cooperation with mechanics and the workshop's other employees

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have experience from the automotive industry, are good at customer contact and can keep an overview in a busy daily life.

You may already be working as a service advisor, or you have a background as a mechanic or parts salesperson and would like to work more with customers and guidance.

The most important is that you have a good understanding of cars, work in a structured way and care about giving customers a good experience.

You also need to be willing to learn new things and become part of a workplace where people help each other.
