About the job

Are you currently undertaking or have you completed the basic course for cleaning technicians / service assistants with a company specialization, then an apprentice position in Aarhus Municipality – Health and Care may be something for you? We are looking for 2 service assistant apprentices.

As a trained service assistant you help ensure that nursing homes and community houses present a home-like, clean and inviting environment and that the spread of infection is avoided.

With a service assistant education you become a skilled professional, and with new knowledge you can take on new and exciting tasks within cleaning and service.

You will gain professional knowledge about

• Cleaning and hygiene
• Plating and serving of meals
• Some administrative tasks
• The good collaboration with citizens, relatives and other professional groups.

The training alternates between on-the-job training and school periods, with the school part taking place at Aarhus Tech.

Salary and terms of employment

The position is expected to commence on 07.01.2027.

Salary and employment conditions according to the applicable collective agreement and after concrete negotiation with the negotiating organization.

Weekly hours: Full-time
