With Lely's robot solutions for dairy producers as the focal point, you, as Service Manager at Lely Center Herrup, have the opportunity to put your strong leadership skills to use in an organization with high technical professionalism and engaged employees. About the position

You will have overall responsibility for the service department and become a leader for four team leaders, who together with their teams, totaling 30 field service technicians, ensure the daily service of Lely's robot solutions for dairy producers in the area.

You can look forward to, among other things

• set the direction for the operation and the continued development of the service organization
• have overall personnel responsibility and ensure continued development of team leaders and employees
• translate Lely's service strategy, new robot solutions, products and initiatives into local opportunities and actions
• actively use data, KPIs and finance to identify potentials and develop an efficient and profitable service business
• ensure high customer satisfaction and enter into the customer dialogue when a situation requires leadership support Daily operations are in good hands with your team leaders, which gives time to lift your eyes and work strategically with how the service business can be developed and optimized. Here, finance, data and KPIs become important tools – but never a goal in themselves.

Your workplace is at the office in Vinderup, where you become a visible part of everyday life and thus close to both employees and leadership colleagues.

Leadership with trust, clarity and room for people

You understand how to motivate your employees to use their professional skills and take responsibility. You set a clear direction, but also give room to maneuver and show trust that they can find good solutions. You are available for sparring and curious about their perspectives – even when they challenge your own.

Professionally it would be an advantage if you

• bring solid leadership experience – preferably from a company with a similar service organization and field service technicians
• have a technical or mechanical basic education, preferably supplemented with education in leadership, innovation, business development or similar
• are strong in IT and curious about how systems, data and new possibilities within AI can contribute to developing and strengthening the business
• can communicate clearly in both Danish and English

Knowledge of farming will give you a good starting point, but is by no means a prerequisite.

As part of the leadership team you work with the whole Lely Center Herrup in mind. You are therefore also interested in your leadership colleagues' areas and are happy to contribute when your experience can make a difference elsewhere in the organization.
