Service Quality Coordinator – Complaint Handling at Versalift Denmark

Versalift Denmark is one of the lift market's major players. The Danish products are an important part of Time Manufacturing's European portfolio following the merger of six brands in Europe.

The group has locations in Spain, Italy, France, Germany, England and Denmark.

Complaints handling is managed locally with the bases in the factories at Ruthmann in Germany, France Elévateur in France and Versalift in Denmark.

The function and position are part of the company's European organization and fall under Customer Service, Warranty & Claims Management.

For this team we are now seeking a new Employee for Complaint Handling .

About the position

In a busy daily routine, one of your primary tasks will be to process complaints in VGPP/Zone.

This involves handling and communicating about complaints that are created in the system by our European dealers.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming customer complaints
• Inform about the status of complaints in our system via e-mail
• Create complaint cases in the ERP system
• Handle and evaluate returned warranty replacement parts
• Communicate with our suppliers regarding any quality issues
• Create and maintain sales and purchase orders
• Disseminate Service Bulletins and Field Tips
• Coordinate Quality Meetings via Teams with European colleagues
• Provide occasional support to the service department, as the position is placed as part of this department. In return, your colleagues will also be ready to help you when needed
• Prepare monthly reporting to management

You will work with professional, well-known and proven systems. We use VGPP/Zone and the Epicor ERP system among others to support a high quality of work.

In addition to the Danish team you will have close collaboration with our local teams across the rest of Europe. You will therefore experience an international working environment with good opportunities for cooperation and professional sparring.

About you

• You have a technical background and preferably experience from a similar role
• You have knowledge of electronics, hydraulics and mechanics
• You are used to working with e-mail, ERP systems and the MS365 programs
• You contribute to the sense of community and good collaboration that helps make the workday enjoyable and motivating for everyone
• You are approachable, treat others with respect and are both helpful and open to receiving help yourself
• You are willing to work with colleagues from other European countries and the USA
• You speak and write English at a professional level – other languages are a plus
