ServiceKompagniet seeks Area Manager for Zealand

ServiceKompagniet is seeking an Area Manager to oversee our activities in Zealand.

ServiceKompagniet is a professional provider of cleaning and other Facility Service tasks and offers a wide range of service offerings.

We expect

• You are based in Greater Copenhagen as you are attached to the office in Albertslund
• You speak and understand Danish, and you can operate in English
• You have industry knowledge and navigate it with ease and can contribute positively
• You are flexible in cases of illness and holidays
• You must have managerial experience and a minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial cleaning
• You can contribute positively to continuous growth, including motivating your employees and delivering good customer service to our customers, is a natural talent for you.
• You enjoy working with people and see the industry as full of opportunities
• Participates in operations meetings and holds ongoing conversations so we "pull together" with the many people we collaborate with
• You contribute and think positively, creatively, and are not afraid to make your opinions known
• You report to management

The work consists of

• As the responsible person you will have the responsibility for Zealand - including focus and oversight of customers, employees and other partners and that the cleaning and services the customers have contracted are delivered at the agreed time and frequency
• Coordinate all threads to make things consistent and bring our DNA into play for all our colleagues
• Carry out service and prepare service reports at our customers' sites
• Provide support to our employees, service them and assist them in daily work
• Optimize operations and collaboration with our suppliers
• Training and onboarding of employees and new customers
• Manual cleaning will occur in case of vacation and illness if there is no backup
• Upselling and new sales of cleaning, consumables and other services

• A starting salary of 30,000,- with a bonus of 50% of the first month's remuneration excluding VAT for new sales of business contracts to new customers, with no cap

• You have a strong focus on customers and employees
• You can optimize and find ideas and challenges instead of problems and obstacles
