You keep the customers' installations in top form

As a service technician, your job is to keep the customers' ventilation systems in top condition. We will equip you with knowledge about ventilation.

You will work with both preventive maintenance and repairs — and only on larger systems. The tasks are planned by our ventilation coordinator, whom you report to and with whom you will have a close and good dialogue. Your primary tasks will be:

· Fault-finding, service, repair and maintenance of ventilation systems

· Create a good dialogue with customers, where you also advise on the right solutions

You will be attached to our office in Slagelse. The customers are spread across Zealand, Lolland and Falster. Close to all tasks is solved within normal working hours. You are not part of a on-call system. You will of course receive your own company car.

Ability to work independently and create good dialogue with customers

In this job you must thrive working independently. It is also important that you can build good relationships with customers. In that context you must be able to explain the technology so that ordinary people understand it. You must also not be afraid to advise. In addition you have:

· An electrical engineering education with accompanying electrical and automation understanding

· Experience with fault-finding, repairs, service and maintenance including automation

· Experience with reporting and documentation of inspections

· Experience with using common IT tools – Word, Excel, email, etc.
