Service technician for heat pumps wanted – Zealand

Do you have experience with heat pumps, KMO certification and a good technical understanding? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for.

We are looking for a service technician for heat pumps to work across all of Zealand. You will be part of a daily life with service, troubleshooting, repair and replacement of heat pumps and their components. Base: Brøndby

It is important to us that you not only have experience with the heat pumps themselves, but also have a fundamental understanding of both plumbing (VVS) and electricity, as the work will naturally involve tasks in both areas.

You do not need to be an expert in everything from day one. We provide training, coaching and sparring. In return we expect you to be prepared that both VVS- and electrical-related tasks are part of the job.

Your daily tasks will among other things consist of

• Service and maintenance of heat pumps
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Replacement and repair of heat pumps
• Replacement of pumps and other technical components
• Smaller VVS-related tasks and adjustments
• Replacement of electronic components, for example printed circuit boards
• Troubleshooting on electrical and electronic components
• Customer contact and advisory
• Documentation of performed service tasks

We expect that you

• Have KMO certification
• Have documented experience with heat pumps
• Have a good technical understanding
• Have understanding of both VVS and electrical work in connection with heat pump systems
• Are prepared to work with both mechanical, electrical and electronic components
• Are eager to learn and develop your competencies
• Can work independently and in a structured way
• Are good at troubleshooting and problem solving
• Are service-minded and professional towards customers
• Have a valid driver's license
• Are prepared for a fair amount of driving as a natural part of the job

A relevant professional background in, for example, VVS, electrical, cooling technology or heat pump technology is an advantage, but the most important is your experience and technical understanding.

• Monday–Thursday: 07.00–15.30
• Friday: 07.00–12.00
