We are looking for colleagues who are interested in Asian foods and thrive with structured store tasks and providing good service. As a specialty retailer, we aim to offer a special service that goes beyond what you meet elsewhere. You should enjoy talking to customers and balancing operational tasks alongside.

We go the extra mile to maintain a high standard. Many of our products are unfamiliar to customers, and therefore you are expected to be motivated to explain, recommend products and inspire our customers so they feel prepared to try something new.

About the job

You will have a daily mix of customer service and operational tasks. We work in small teams with a common goal, focusing on collaboration. You will become part of a team from all over the world, all sharing a passion for great customer experiences and enjoying thorough and efficient work.

Knowledge or interest in Asian foods is an advantage but not a requirement, as we offer thorough training. However, we expect you to take pride in learning, and to take responsibility for your own learning and work.

Daily customer service and operations with skilled colleagues

You will help ensure that the stores appear neat and inviting, so that the customer always encounters a beautiful store. Your tasks include:

• Active customer dialogue and proactive product guidance.
• Product knowledge and product guidance.
• Stock replenishment, reception and counting
• Inventory management and date control
• Cleaning, self-inspection and maintenance of the store

Mon-Fri 9:00-19:15

Sat 9:00-17:15, Sun 9:00-16:15

Note that the job is physically demanding and involves lifting, pushing and pulling heavy items.
